What I do

I offer a wide range of services as an AEP, scientist and weightlifting coach.

Exercise physiology (coming soon)

  • I am an accredited exercise physiologist (AEP) with a Master degree in Clinical Exercise and Rehabilitation
  • Management and prevention of chronic and complex health conditions
  • Injury and post-operative surgical recovery and rehabilitation
  • Specialised programs to suit and achieve your desired goals

Weightlifting coaching and personal training

  • AWF L2 Coach and B. Exercise Science (Sport Practice)
  • Experienced in all aspects of the sport – athlete, coaching, technical official and refereeing.
  • I provide comprehensive weightlifting coaching or personal training for people at all levels – from the first day in a gym, to athletes competing at the national level. We all start somewhere!

Exercise Physiology

1:1 and 2:1 Personal training (in-person)

A weekly 60-minute session with customised exercise programming, dedicated to your personal needs. Strongly recommended for beginners who want to gain some skill and confidence in weightlifting or in the gym.

$100 AUD per week, direct debited.

Online coaching

Can’t see me in person? I offer online coaching services with customised programming, video review via WhatsApp and weekly check-in calls.

Online coaching costs $79 AUD per week.

Weightlifting and physical preparation programming (in-person athletes)

Individualised weightlifting programming (including accessory work) with weekly program/video review starting at $29 AUD per week.

Fully customised S&C programming with weekly program/video review starting at $39 AUD per week.

Technique Tune-Up (in-person)

One-off personal training session designed for CrossFitters or weightlifters trying to sharpen up their technique. No ongoing programming included, but you will walk away knowing what exercises you need to work on.

These sessions are $120 AUD per session.
